By purchasing AI trading robots on PolyClaw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PolyClaw ("Platform").

1. Platform Service Description

PolyClaw is an AI-powered automated trading platform that utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to analyze market data, social signals, and prediction markets. The Platform provides Users with access to AI trading robots that execute trades autonomously based on algorithmic strategies. The Platform acts solely as a technology service provider and does not act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity.

2. User Eligibility & Compliance

2.1 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of this Platform and participation in digital asset trading is legal in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not make any representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 You confirm that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including but not limited to securities laws, tax regulations, and foreign exchange controls of your country of residence.

3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF)

3.1 The Platform is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws and regulations. By using this service, you agree not to use the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

3.2 You warrant that the funds used for robot purchases are obtained from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of criminal activity. The Platform reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

3.3 The Platform may implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time. Failure to comply with such requests may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

3.4 You acknowledge that the Platform may freeze, suspend, or restrict your account access if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, fraud, or violation of these terms, without prior notice.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

4.1 The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of service use, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4.2 Enhanced due diligence may be required for transactions exceeding certain thresholds or for Users from specific jurisdictions.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 The Platform shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, acts of God, war, armed conflict, terrorism, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, regulatory changes, power outages, internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, hacking incidents, DDoS attacks, blockchain network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, hard forks, exchange outages, liquidity crises, market crashes, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.

5.2 In the event of a force majeure occurrence, the Platform will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will communicate updates to Users through available channels.

5.3 Force majeure events may result in temporary or permanent suspension of trading activities, delayed settlement of earnings, or loss of trading positions. The Platform assumes no liability for any losses incurred during such events.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All AI models, algorithms, trading strategies, software, designs, trademarks, and content on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PolyClaw and its licensors. No license or right is granted to you except the limited right to use the Platform as intended.

6.2 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of any AI models or software used by the Platform.

7. Data Privacy & Security

7.1 The Platform collects and processes personal data, including wallet addresses, transaction histories, and usage patterns, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies as required by law.

7.2 While the Platform employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data and digital assets, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet and using blockchain-based systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8.2 The Platform's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for robot purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the service. AI models may produce inaccurate predictions, and automated trades may be executed at unfavorable prices due to market conditions, latency, or technical limitations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of any third party.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Platform is registered. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution.

10.2 You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Platform.

11. Modification of Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. Termination

12.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

12.2 Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

13. Purchase & Refund Policy

13.1 All AI robot purchases are final and non-refundable once the blockchain transaction has been confirmed. The Platform cannot reverse or cancel confirmed on-chain transactions.

13.2 Robot earnings schedules and rates are subject to change based on market conditions, platform performance, and operational considerations. The Platform will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes.

14. Investment Risk Acknowledgment
